Exchange and Return Policy

We gladly care about your comfort and happiness, if you are not satisfied with any purchase – for any reason – we are happy to support you, whether by exchange or refund according to the following terms:

* The customer must ensure that all of purchases are in good condition and that there are no defects or damage to the goods before paying and leaving the place.

* Please keep the original purchase invoice to present upon exchange or return.

– We thank you for your understanding that the exchange or return process can only take place with the presence of the original purchase invoice.

* All products – except for the exceptions – can be exchanged or returned, provided that they are in the condition purchased in an unopened and unused condition and with all their contents within 14 days (fourteen days) from the date of purchase.

* For your safety and safety of others, and according to the directives of the Consumer Protection Agency, personal care products, skin care, hair care products and cosmetics cannot be exchanged or returned.

* Any product with a manufacturing defect can be replaced or returned after confirming its defective condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.

* Please keep all product accessories such as boxes, bags and guide books, as the product can only be returned with all its accessories

*Any product or item you get as a gift, for free or as an offer will need to return the entire offer plus the free parts.

* All electrical appliances are guaranteed by the agent.

Refund method:

1- Cash purchases from the branch: the amounts will be refunded after it is approved to return the products.

2- Purchasing from the branch with a visa: All goods purchased through a Visa or MasterCard are not returned in cash, but are returned in the same way as the purchase, as it takes – according to the bank’s policy – for a period of up to 14 working days – after the completion of the return process – For the refund to appear on the payment card statement.

3- In the case of online purchase: After the return of the products is approved, customer support team will communicate and return the money via the same method in which the payment was made, after deducting the amounts paid in the delivery and shipping process “if available”.
