Terms And Conditions


  • These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as ZADA, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
  • The Online Store is for use by individuals aged 15 and over. You should not use the Online Store if you are under this age. If so, shall use it under supervision of your parents.


  • The prices of the goods will be as quoted on the Online Store from time to time. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
  • Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed.
  • All prices are quoted in LE Egyptian Pound and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the Egypt for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
  • The Online Store contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the Online Store may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.


  • Payments may be made by one of the following payment methods unless otherwise specified (except International Customers see clause 16) unless otherwise specified:
    • Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, and Mezza
    • COD -cash on delivery –
  • You may select to view the price of the products on our Online Store in any currency supported by us and the relevant exchange rate at the date you make payment shall be applied on checkout so payment is received by us in LE Egyptian Pound.
  • Any discount or other promotional codes issued by ZADA from time to time are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. Certain products may be excluded, and you will not be able to use discount codes in respect of such brands/products.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).
  • Discount codes are non-transferable and bear no cash value. Any discount code sent to you by email, or any other method is confidential, and the Customer shall not share this with any other person.


  • ZADA shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the Customer and has been received. The Customer will own the goods once full payment has been received by ZADA.


  • All Orders are subjected to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an Order with ZADA, the Customer will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update email(s). Receipt of the acknowledgement and these emails does not confirm that the Order has been accepted by ZADA.
    • Order acceptance and the creation of the contract between ZADA and the Customer will start at the time the products ordered by the Customer are dispatched from ZADA’s warehouse to be delivered to the address supplied by the Customer.
  • ZADA will take all reasonable care in accordance with applicable laws, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of the Customer’s Order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on its part (and, subject to applicable laws, including laws relating to data protection and privacy) ZADA cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by ZADA if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Online Store.
    • Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Online Store; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
  • 14. Products purchased from ZADA are not for re-sale or distribution. ZADA can at its sole discretion restrict ordering to a maximum of 5 pieces of any individual products and reserve the right to cancel any Orders which are suspected are being purchased for re- sale or distribution.


  • 15. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. It is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when becoming available at our stock -and in this case you have the rights to cancel the order-.
  • If there are delays in the delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party then will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and, provided we do this, we will not be liable for such delay. If there is a substantial delay you may end the contract using the procedure at clause 10 below and will be entitled to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
    • We deliver to the international countries, subject to our absolute discretion, (“International Delivery Destinations”). However there are restrictions on some goods for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please contact us to know any restriction before ordering goods.
    • If you order goods from the Online Store for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
    • You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
    • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
  • If ZADA deliver your products late then you may treat the order as at an end in any of the following circumstances:
    • if ZADA have refused to deliver the goods,
    • if delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances),
    • or if you told ZADA before the order was accepted that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.
    • If you do not want to end the order, you can set another delivery deadline (which must be reasonable) and end the order if ZADA don’t meet the new order deadline.
  • Otherwise, you can cancel the order and we will refund any amounts paid for the products and delivery.
  • Where products have been delivered, you must return these to ZADA at the address (21 Abbas ElAkkad, Nasr City) and we will refund the costs of such return.


  • All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering.
  • ZADA has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of order.


  • Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. ZADA accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified following our reasonable efforts to contact you to deal with this.
    • In the event of an order being lost by a third party which has either been authorized by you to accept the products or a courier commissioned by you to deliver the products, ZADA bears no risk once it has been delivered to them. Where goods have been received damaged, a full refund will be made if we are notified of the problem within 14 days of delivery by phone, email or otherwise in writing. You will then be required to return the goods together with their original packaging to the ZADA trading address, also see clauses 9 and 10, below. Taking in to consideration that makeup & personal care products, and imported products are not subjected to return/exchange policy, so it is customer responsibility to inspect the purchased products well before leaving the store or before the delivery captain leaves him/her.
    • Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for (provided they are signed for by the customer or a person identified as authorized by you). If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods (for the avoidance of doubt, signature for the parcel does not affect your rights of return under clause 10).


  • The Products shall be owned by you once we have received payment in full for the Products. The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. The Consumer Rights Act says products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
  • The Customer shall notify the seller over phone, in writing or by email -within one day from reception- if the goods are faulty or misdescribed and shall be entitled to a full refund, to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some of their money back
    (please see clause 19 below).


  • If the goods are to be rejected, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in this clause 10. ZADA will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
  • The Customer must follow the returns policy set out at (Link; Return policy) . This requires emailing ZADA (cs@zada.beauty) to notify their intention to return any goods.
  • In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. The Customer must notify ZADA within one (1) day of delivery and return the product to ZADA before the refund can be issued.
  • We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
  • In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs), unless the order is cancelled within the cooling off period in accordance with clause 11, in which case a full refund will be given. However, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to ZADA. Goods must be returned to ZADA before the partial refund can be issued.
  • If any problems with your products cannot be satisfactorily resolved through our returns procedure, you may want to submit your issue for online resolution to Contact Us or sending email to (cs@zada.beauty)
  • In cases where you wish to cancel due to something we have done or are going to do, you should notify us in accordance with our returns procedure and we will refund you in full for any products not provided (including delivery costs). You may also be entitled to compensation. This includes the following;
    • ZADA have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you don’t agree to;
    • ZADA have told you about an error in the price or description or the product and you don’t want to proceed;
    • Delivery of the products has been substantially delayed by an event outside of our control; and
    • The Customer has a legal right to end the order because of something ZADA have done.
    • Where the Customer wishes to return a Product, it must either return them in person, post them back to ZADA or (only if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Where you are returning products pursuant to this clause then we will pay the costs of postage or collection.


  • Cancellations which are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the Returns Procedure outlined in Clause 10.
  • Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact ZADA in writing via the contact details above and, following which, they must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to ZADA.
  • Makeup, personal care, and imported products are not subjected to return/exchange policy, so it is customer responsibility to inspect the purchased products well before leaving the store or before the delivery captain leaves him/her.


  • If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
  • We only supply the products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.



  • The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. ZADA cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party.
  • All trademarks shown on zada.beauty belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.
  • You must not use any part of the materials on the Online Store for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors.


  • Whenever you submit a review or make use of another feature that allows you to upload material to the Online Store, or to make contact with other users of the Online Store, you warrant that you will be accurate and that you will not submit content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist. You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, that such post shall not breach or infringe the rights of any third party and you indemnify us for any breach of these warranties.
  • Any material you upload to the Online Store will be considered non-confidential and non- proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.
  • We have the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content and to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to the Online Store constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
  • We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of the Online Store.
  • We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on the Online Store if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards set out above.


  • Customers from outside the Egypt can only pay by International credit card and must pay in U.S. dollar $ unless otherwise specified, although the Online Store may show the value of the Product in your local currency, the exchange rate at the date of purchase shall apply such that payment is received by ZADA in U.S. dollar $. All other terms and conditions apply.


  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time but may or may not notify you of such changes.


37. These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law no. 181 of 2018 and its updates.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or participating in the Zada VIP program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all terms incorporated by reference as described below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or participate in the Zada VIP program.

These Zada VIP Terms and Conditions (“VIP Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Zada VIP program (“Zada VIP”), which is operated by Zada.beauty LLC or its affiliates (collectively, ”Zada”, ”our”, ”us” or ”we”). These VIP Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Zada for other products and services. Please note that your access to and
participation in Zada VIP is also governed by the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements linked in these VIP Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these VIP Terms. In addition, these VIP Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Zada Terms of Use (“Zada Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the Zada Terms and these VIP Terms, the Zada Terms will control.

Zada reserves the right to change, modify or eliminate Zada VIP or all or any portion
of these VIP Terms or any policy pertaining to Zada VIP at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the benefits or change the expiration date of VIP Points (defined below) or VIP Codes (defined below) received under Zada VIP, merge Zada VIP with another rewards program, or to adjust how VIP Points are earned, calculated or redeemed. It is possible that you may be unable to receive enough VIP Points to redeem a VIP Code if we discontinue Zada VIP or merge Zada VIP into another rewards program. If we make changes, we will post the amended VIP Terms to www.zada.beauty/c/vip-terms-and-conditions and update the “Effective Date” above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended VIP Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in Zada VIP after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended VIP Terms, you must stop participating in Zada VIP.

1.) VIP Program Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in Zada VIP. Zada VIP is intended for personal use only, and commercial use by commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible to participate in Zada VIP. Current Zada employees and contractors, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in Zada VIP.

3.) Zada VIP Description
Zada VIP is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn ”VIP Points” with qualifying purchases on Zada.beauty. Participants may also earn VIP Points by participating in Promotional Activities (defined in Section 5) that may be offered through Zada VIP from time to time. Participants in Zada VIP may redeem accumulated VIP Points for ” ” that can be used toward purchasing

4.) Joining Zada VIP

There are no membership fees associated with Zada VIP.

  2. Contact us via email cs@zada.beauty or Join Zada VIP through a special promotion that may be offered by Zada from time to time. There may be additional terms and conditions applicable to these offers, so please read them carefully;
  3. Enroll online when you log into your existing Zada account (“Zada Account”) or when you register for a new Zada Account; or
  4. Certain select customers will be automatically enrolled in Zada VIP. If you are automatically enrolled, you still must agree to these VIP Terms in order to complete your enrollment and participate in Zada VIP, including earning and redeeming VIP Points for VIP Codes or receiving any other Zada VIP benefits, and you will be prompted to do so upon log into your Zada Account. If you do not agree to these VIP Terms, you cannot participate in Zada VIP. Auto-enrolled customers may opt out of Zada VIP at any time by contacting the Zada Customer VIP Team via email cs@zada.beauty or live chat or by calling 01050004292.

Once you are enrolled in Zada VIP and have accepted the VIP Terms, you can view and manage your Zada VIP membership (“VIP Membership”) by logging into your Zada Account. You may only have one VIP Membership, and it is nontransferable. You are responsible for anyone else who uses your VIP Membership.

5.) Earning VIP Points

You earn VIP Points by making qualifying purchases on Zada.beauty or otherwise participating in Promotional Activities as defined below.

Purchases. In order to receive VIP Points for a purchase, your order must be placed in the Zada Account that is associated with your VIP Membership. You will earn VIP
Points based on the total amount paid for your purchase, including any tax and shipping but excluding any purchases to the extent made with VIP Codes, other discount codes or gift cards. For more details about how to earn VIP Points by making qualifying purchases, please visit our Zada VIP Page Purchases made by Zada.beauty affiliates are not eligible for VIP Points or other Zada VIP benefits unless otherwise indicated.

Promotional Activities. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn bonus VIP Points, such as inviting you to engage with Zada in special promotional events or activities in exchange for VIP Points (”Promotional Activities”). For example, we may offer you points for writing an eligible product review on Zada.beauty, or we may offer additional points for certain qualifying purchases.

The number of VIP Points that you can earn each calendar year by participating in Promotional Activities will be capped. For more information about the annual cap, please visit our Zada VIP FAQ Page.

For further details on Promotional Activities please visit our Zada VIP Page . VIP Points for participation in Promotional Activities will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer. and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer. Some Promotional Activities may limit the amount of VIP Points earned per Promotional Activity. VIP Points for eligible participation in Promotional Activities may take seven (7) or more days to be added to your VIP Membership.

6.) Redemption of VIP Points

You can redeem VIP Points posted to your VIP Membership for VIP Codes, which can be applied toward future purchases on Zada.beauty. For more details on redeeming VIP Points for VIP Codes (including the redemption rate), please visit our Zada VIP page. VIP Codes are only issued in whole 10LE increments with a maximum amount per VIP Code of 1000LE. You can redeem your VIP Points for VIP Codes by logging into your Zada Account and accessing the My VIP dashboard or by contacting the Zada Customer VIP Team via email cs@zada.beauty or live chat or by calling 01050004292. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to send your VIP Codes within 24 hours of your request.

VIP Points accumulated under Zada VIP and VIP Codes issued when VIP Points are redeemed are promotional in nature and have no cash value. VIP Codes are redeemable for products only and cannot be applied to previous purchases or purchases of gift cards. Your VIP Points, VIP Codes and VIP Membership are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred (by operation of law or otherwise) or assigned to or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes applicable to your participation in Zada VIP.

7.) Expiration of VIP Points and Codes

VIP points. Each November (or at other times during the VIP year at our discretion and without notice), we will automatically convert all unredeemed VIP points under your VIP membership into one or more VIP codes. If for any reason Zada does not automatically convert unredeemed VIP points, the VIP points will expire one (1) year from the date they are earned. Automatically converted VIP points and any expired
VIP points are deducted from the VIP point balance under your VIP membership.

VIP Codes. VIP Codes expire NINETY (90) DAYS from the date THEY ARE SENT TO YOU. VIP CODES are subject to the additional TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS contained on or included with the VIP code. SOME VIP CODES MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS OR PROMOTIONS.

8.) Impact of Merchandise Returns on Your VIP Points and VIP Codes

If you return merchandise that you purchased with your VIP Codes in accordance with the Zada.beauty Return Policy, you will be refunded the amount you paid (excluding the value of the VIP Codes and any other discounts) to the original method of payment, after we process your return in accordance with our Return Policy. For example, if you placed an order totaling 100EGP for one item and used a
10EGP VIP Code, we will refund 90EGP to your original method of payment. If you purchase multiple items using a single VIP Code, then the value of your VIP Code is applied proportionally to each item, and returns of any one item will result in a refund of the amount you paid for the item, excluding the value of the proportionally applied value of the VIP Code. VIP Codes are for one-time use only. You will not receive a replacement VIP Code for returned merchandise and Zada will not credit the redeemed VIP Points back to your VIP Membership.

If you cancel a purchase or return your purchase, Zada will deduct the VIP Points that you were awarded for that purchase from your VIP Membership. If you have already redeemed those VIP Points for a VIP Code, this could potentially result in a negative VIP Point balance under your VIP Membership.

9.) Miscellaneous

Without notice to you, Zada reserves the right to suspend or terminate your VIP Membership and/or your participation in Zada VIP (in whole or in part), if Zada determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these VIP Terms, you have more than one VIP Membership, or that the use of your VIP Membership or your participation in Zada VIP is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Zada may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine VIP Memberships that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Zada VIP is terminated, you may not be able to redeem any accumulated VIP Points.

Without notice to you, Zada also reserves the right to “unregister” a VIP Membership that is inactive and cause that VIP Membership to be ineligible for Zada VIP benefits. An inactive VIP Membership is defined as a VIP Membership that has not earned VIP Points for one (1) year. In the event that your VIP Membership is unregistered due to inactivity, then you will no longer be eligible for Zada VIP benefits, including accumulating VIP Points or converting your VIP Points into VIP Codes. You may reactivate your VIP Membership by making a qualifying purchase using your Zada Account that is associated with your VIP Membership, but any VIP Points earned prior to VIP Membership being deemed inactive will be voided.
